Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days


Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. If BABS is experiencing a high volume of orders, some delays may occur. You will receive an email if this is the case.

BABS' only accepts shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Without valid physical address, it will not allow to pass to the next step while placing the shipment online. P.O. box address can be added to address 2 as an alternative address but we do not guarantee delivery to PO box. The courier service company will contact recipient in case it is not able to deliver package to original address.

We offer FREE shipping within Canada.

As soon as your order is processed and shipped , you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number

Customs, duties, and taxes

BABS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

BABS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
